Yes, while we welcome the use of your own containers, we can also help to source and provide high-quality, weather-resistant planters tailored to your home’s architecture and design style. 

Absolutely—we welcome your personal preferences and will work closely with you to bring your vision to life. We’ll guide your selections to ensure every plant you choose is perfectly suited for light exposure, container size, and the Arizona climate.

If a specific plant is unavailable or out of season, we will curate high-quality, closely matching alternatives that deliver a similar visual style and thrive in your specific light conditions. We will always share these proposed substitutions with you for approval before planting.

Nine Bee guarantees plant health for 7 days post-installation exclusively for issues arising from transportation or handling during delivery. This guarantee does not cover loss due to weather extremes, improper watering, or natural pest/animal damage once on site.

If you notice signs of stress or damage from transport within the 7-day window, please send a photo to our team immediately so we can evaluate and replace the affected plant.

With proper care, our seasonal designs are built to withstand the elements through the changing seasonal climate.

Watering schedules depend on the season, pot size, and plant type. During Arizona’s fall, winter, and spring, plants need significantly less water as temperatures drop and growth slows down. On average, potted plants require deep watering once or twice a week. Always check that the top two inches of soil are dry before watering, as cooler temperatures keep root systems moist much longer than in summer.

Containers that are in our succulent category can go roughly every 7-10 days between a deep watering. Always let the soil dry out completely between waterings, as succulents prefer thorough soakings over frequent light misting.

Yes, we offer seasonal plant refreshes and nutrient care to ensure your outdoor displays always look their absolute best. We can provide regular maintenance services for your product for a small fee.
